Architecture in Florence
Florence is seen as the birthplace of the Renaissance, so it is unsurprising to discover that it contains many architectural gems. The centre of the city, which holds some of the most beautiful Florence hotels you can find, was granted UNESCO World Heritage Status in 1982, whilst thirty centuries of human occupation can be observed in the buildings which have survived.
